Ty Twine is the Chairman and Managing Director of Twine & Co., who brings over two decades of experience in private investment banking. With a keen eye for underexploited opportunities and a disciplined approach to capital deployment, Ty has built a reputation for structuring and leading high-performing investment syndicates, private placements, and the successful execution of many private mergers and acquisitions.

Over the past 25 years, Ty has founded, advised, and/or led (8) companies through successful exits from grassroots beginnings. His career includes raising over $1 billion as of 2024 while serving as a trusted advisor to global family offices and private enterprises. Ty’s leadership is defined by discretion, innovation, and a commitment to building enduring value.​

As the Chairman of The Lions Alliance, the firm’s invitation-only membership of sophisticated and active investors, Ty plans to continue curating and facilitating strategic investments in private off-market opportunities often inaccessible to the broader market.
